Current focus

At Blue Bird Consulting I lead technology for a modular platform used by insurers, brokers, and partners in Latin America. The product sits where sensitive data, many organizations in one ecosystem, and dependable day-to-day operation meet. I set direction for architecture and roadmap, align engineering with product and growth (including responsible use of AI), and stay close to the hardest delivery paths so releases stay defensible and scalable.

Blue Light Project is a separate consulting engagement from Blue Bird’s core platform: I design and ship technical work, automation, and AI-enabled pieces (sites, dashboards, workflows, SEO, and process integration) for their initiatives, without mixing that narrative with Blue Bird’s insurance product.

Impact highlights

Right access for the right organization: each party sees only what their role and relationship allow, reducing leakage and operational risk in a multi-company environment.
From day-to-day files to trustworthy insight: operational inputs (including large spreadsheet-style uploads) land in governed storage and feed fleet and analytics views, so teams rely on shared metrics instead of one-off manual rework.
Safer entry and routing: organizations can work from their own domains; the product identifies who they are, gates onboarding, and checks permissions before work hits the core application.
Operational data under control: a repeatable path from messy real-world inputs to dashboard-ready indicators, with orchestrated loads and visibility when things break, so the business can trust what it sees.
